Additional Robots
The procurement includes four sets of EFORT GR6150-2900 spraying robots.Two robots (each with a spray gun) will handle basecoat and color coat application on the bus exteriors. The remaining two (each with an atomizer) will form the clear coat station for final finishing.
Retrofit Scope
This project marks a new application for JetGlow in the overseas market. The retrofit scope includes two robotic spraying units dedicated to basecoat, color coat, and clear coat application on bus exteriors. The robots are mounted on linear tracks positioned along both sides of the spray booth. A compact paint supply system is installed on the robots’ seventh-axis (7th-axis) carriages, moving synchronously with the robots.
