VINFAST Indonesia Carbody and Bumper Paintshop Painting Robot System
On October 21, 2026, JetGlow officially signed the contract for the VinFast Indonesia Project. Intend to carry out the Phase-2 Plant Carbody and Bumper Paintshop Painting Project in Subang Regency, West Java Province, Indonesia.
The project will establish two independent painting lines:
A complete vehicle body exterior painting line
A vertical strip painting line for exterior plastic components (primarily bumper parts)
Both lines will be equipped with fully new paint supply, spraying, and atomization systems. The entire project will introduce 32 ABB-IRB5500 painting robots, delivering a fully automated, one‑stop solution for both vehicle exterior painting and component painting.
This project marks a major step in extending market coverage to the Indonesian domestic market and multiple Southeast Asian countries.
