JetGlow and VinFast Signed Agreement in March 2026 for New Automated Sealing Station and VF5 Model Launch.
UBC Station: Introduced two ABB IRB2600 sealing robots on track, equipped with metering cylinders, 3D dispensing guns, Peltier cooling units, and a body positioning vision system. Application: PVC seam sealing for vehicle underbodies.
LASD Station: Deployment of two ABB IRB4400L sealing robots on track, equipped with metering cylinders, 3D dispensing guns, Peltier cooling units, and a body positioning vision system. Application: Waterborne LASD application inside the vehicle body.
Topcoat and Plastic Parts Lines: VF5 Robotic Programming & Process Commissioning.
