Automated bumper spraying adopts a highly integrated streamlined production line process.

Multi-layer Coating:
Employs a "three-coat two-bake" process: sequential application of primer (5–8 μm), topcoat (30–35 μm), and clear coat (10–15 μm). Each layer requires leveling (solvent evaporation) and oven curing after spraying.

Robotic Spraying:
Multiple 6-axis or 7-axis robots collaborate using offline programming or online teach-in methods to design spray trajectories. This ensures precise control of:

• Coating uniformity (66% overlap rate)

• Spray distance (200–250 mm)

• Spray speed (300–800 mm/s)
